"No appointment"

I have ocular hypertension & have to visit every year to have my eyes checked. I. Was sent an appointment but only for visual fields test but not too see the specialist. I did query this only to be told both appointments were in one. I came for the appointment on the 30.09.2016 & guess what? Only visual field was offered. I live in Normanton & the whole trip was an absolute waste...how hard is it to just get things right & not actually lied to.. So angry. I had booked a day of work for this so one holiday gone on nothing .
