"Excellent care"

I was referred to BRI eye clinic by my optician and was given a same day evening appointment. All staff I came into contact with were helpful and obviously knew their roles. The SHO I saw was excellent, being reassuring during the eye examination which can be very nerve-wracking. They also explained clearly about my problem and left me feeling reassured. I have nothing but praise for you all. Thank you so much. You all, in my experience, do a wonderful job in a most highly stressful and highly criticised profession. Long live the NHS.
