The worst I have encountered, I feel dread when I am supposed to go there.I process that should take minutes is prolonged to hours!

I am so sorry you feel like this when using our Pharmacy. There are many reasons why at busy times there are delays. The team are aware of the frustration that patients have and work as quickly and safely as possible.
