"Tip Top Care"

I was admitted last Thursday for a minor procedure, carried out by the urology team.

I arrived early and was warmly welcomed.

I was taken through to a waiting area and treated with utmost dignity and care.

The admissions staff were very friendly and as such put me at my ease.

Into anaesthetics room and more care and attention.

I drifted off and then came round and was recovered by a first class team of nurses and tecnnicians.

On to aftercare and tea and a sandwich... delicious and still more nursing attention and care.

This was a great experience of our national health service at its very best.

Thank you Care UK for taking such good care of me. I have been telling all my family and friends how good you are. You get an extra star from me.
