"Surgery, Oncology, A&E."

After visiting the A&E dept. last week on 28th Sept. I feel I should write this long overdue review as my husband has been treated at the hospital over almost 10 years since being diagnosed with colorectal cancer.The surgeon who operated and treated my husband on many occasions, was excellent , the Oncologist has explored every avenue possible for my husband's treatment .We could not fault their professionalism and their care in any way or that of their teams.The whole package of care involving, other Doctors, Nurses, Hematology and Imaging has been faultless. Our 2 visits to the A&E over the past month again proved to be of the highest standard, starting with the Paramedics who were prompt and excellent and then the care, examination and treatment from the A&E doctors was so very thorough and caring. My husband has had and is still having the very best of the N.H.S. Our thanks to all concerned with his treatment.
