"mind put at ease during A and E visit"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was bitten by a dog and ended up going to the walk in clinic where I was given enough penicillin. I went home and through the night my finger swelled so badly I was crying in pain.

I went to pilgrim hospital at midnight and the nurses Jenny and Olli were fantastic they managed to make me laugh. They cared and Jenny told me about her dogs which really put me at ease as I'm a dog trainer. I was seen very fast and Jenny and Olli definitely put my mind at ease.
