"My mother's rehab at the Biggart Hospital"

About: Biggart Hospital

(as a relative),

Mum fell and badly fractured her femur requiring two operations at Ayr Hospital to secure it with rod and pins. Transferred to the Biggart Hospital for rehab.

Wonderful attention from nurses, lovely relaxed atmosphere, great physio and ward spotlessly clean. Mum hates being away from home but all the staff have helped to keep her up-beat and as happy as she can be under the circumstances. Always extremely welcoming to me and I am so grateful for their care and attention to my wonderful wee mum. Hopefully she will be up on her feet and home soon.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
