(as the patient),

I was recent admitted following a tremendous bout of pneumonia and I have to say the staff were fantastic, especially a young chap, Fraser I think, who took my bloods every day. From a needlephobic patient a tough job especially with rather bad veins but he did amazing.

Also the support staff and nurses were very thorough and supportive.
