I recently underwent a colonoscopy at the treatment centre and was extremely impressed with the professionalism, care and sensitivity of the entire team. Naturally I was quite nervous but my mind was put at ease by lovely people within the team. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness throughout.

Thank you for expressing your appreciation of the care you received in the Treatment Centre whilst undergoing investigations.

The staff do realise how apprehensive patients feel especially when such a sensitive issue and do try their best to ensure that they are put at ease and try and make the experience as less stressful as possible.

Once again thank you for your kind comments and these will be passed to the staff in that area.
