"Nursing staff a very nice but ..."

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

(as the patient),

What I liked

Nursing staff a very nice but always seem rushed off their feet.

What could be improved

Every dispenser I tried to wash my hands was empty!

Anything else?

I've came out with an urinary infection after a TURP operation that refuses to clear up, after two lot's of antibiotics. I've submitted a swab to my doctor so hopefully they can proscribe the right medication now. Also, I still have a indwelling catheter fitted a month after the operation. Have I been forgotten about?

Dear Tom - please get in touch with us by ringing 01642 617617 and asking to speak to the matron for medicine so we can help you with your indwelling catheter. We hope you are making a good recovery. Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments on NHS Choices.
