I would like to say a big "thank you" to all A & E staff, orthopaedic surgeon & all other staff involved in my care when I went to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital on Thurs 22nd Sept after a fall. All members of staff I encountered were friendly, efficient and reassuring in their attitudes. I was due to return home to Scotland that afternoon but since I'd fractured my wrist quite badly, that was not to be. During my 6+ hour stay, I was treated with great kindness, respect & consideration. My husband would also like to thank the CNP for looking after him and keeping him informed as to what was happening. Once again, a heartfelt thanks for all the exceptional work you do.
P.S. We returned home on Fri 23rd Sept & I had a plate inserted in my wrist at the Crosshouse University Hospital on Sunday 25th.
"Appreciation"
