"Not happy"

About: University Hospital Aintree

Not happy one bit, my mum went to the girls toilets in next to the reception in the main building and there was a woman in there we believe to be taking drugs as my mum heard a lighter a few times and this person was spraying a lot of deodorant we think to cover the smell. My mum was in hospital for breathing problems so it didn't do her any good as the deodorant got on her chest and she was nearly choking and couldn't breathe to good. I went to the reception desk and told the member of staff about it and nothing was done about this. I am really annoyed that nothing was done about it and we were in the reception for about 20-30 mins and no one came out of the toilets so this person was still in there and we seen that nothing was done about it. Really this should of been checked out. not happy at all I thought that if you complain to them about this that they would have to get it checked out but obviously not. Very disappointed
