"Seriously bad staff!"

Where do I start? My wife was going through a miscarriage which at first were very helpful despite having to wait over an hour for the doctor to come where gas & air was no help at all! When the doctor was doing the clean up they trapped by wife which gave her a severe stinging pain which the doctor did not even apologize and blamed my wife for moving?! They discharged my wife as we went down for drinks at costa and my wife started to get contractions again where the doc said it would only be cramps! So went back up and this is the receptionist, ' Why are you still here? You were discharged an hour back you should be at home.' How rude?! And then says to my wife its not contractions its cramps when my wife clearly know what it was but still had the nerve to say she's not right! So they looked at the blood clot and told her to stay overnight. Overnight all went well no blood clots etc.. Some time during morning she had a blood clot again where one staff told the doc and the doc had the nerve to say 'shh its nothing she's getting discharged' without even looking at the blood clot. I advice anyone not to go to this hospital as the ward is absolutely ridiculous!
