"The therapist gave me a great deal of support"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

I was sent to CBT by my GP. I did have to wait a few months for it to start, but it was very worthwhile when I started. The first few visits were not easy but over time the therapist gave me a great deal of support. I attened over the summer until with guidance I had completed my therapy. I feel much better for this.
