"Good service spoilt"

I recently attended the Chest clinic my care was efficient and friendly all the way through from the reception staff to the doctor who assessed and prescribed my treatment. My 2 complaints are firstly there is no phlebotomy service on site its only available Tues and Thurs mornings so I had to make another journey. Secondly and more seriously the pharmacist gave me the wrong dose medication. This may not have occurred if the doctor had paid more attention to their job and less to calling out to and chatting with a colleague!!
