"very dissatisfied"

I had an appointment at 19:40, I was late 2 minutes and they refused to do the scan, even though I have called at 19:30 saying that I will be few minutes late and being told not to worry, if I am not late more than 10 min it's OK, they will see me. The staff was did not treat me with respect and they refused t give me their names.
