We attended a&e last night with my 11 year old , the waiting time was 2 hours. Clearly understaffed and very busy yet the staff were outstanding.
Everyone from triage to X-ray to doctors, nurse and consultants. Friendly , reassuring and overall excellent clinicians. People always highlight the negatives yet our experience was exactly the opposite and I would like to thank each and every one of the staff who helped us last. Despite the political mess the NHS is in, keep doing what you do. Thank you. Xxx
