"Superb care, appalling administration"

About: Salford Royal / Dermatology

I was treated by a Concultant for skin condition and have to say they were superb as were my results. Unfortunately as soon as the secretary became involved when I chased 6 month follow up appointment the service became abysmall. I have rang, texted, left voicemails and some 2 weeks later I have still not been contacted. The secretary told me they would email the consultant but I suspect this hasnt happened! The attitude and tone of secretatry was poor and I had to insist they emailed the consultant to chase. Very poor.
