"Lack of Results"

I turned up to my consultant meeting and was only given half the results so I had to go back in after the appointment and ask about my other results to then be told they didn't have them and to make it worse the consultant (who did the tests) did not even realise they hadn't received them and that half the results were missing after they said 'its all ok'. I had the tests from 5/6 weeks prior to this meeting and was told I'd get them in the meeting and not the post then in the meeting was told they must have been posted to me - they hadn't!? I phoned up to chase 5 days later and they still didn't have them and then said they may had lost my samples and that it should be ok 'as your 21'. Livid! I was sent there clearly for a reason so regardless of my age I expect to be treated the same and have my results to stop me worrying another 5/6 weeks.....
