I attended my appointment at the Musculo-skeletal service within the Physiotherapy Outpatients for an assessment today and was delighted with the quality of service I received. I was given a thorough examination for my symptoms followed by a clear and comprehensive explanation of my condition along with the options of treatment available to me. I was given plenty of time to be able to ask questions before deciding on the most suitable course of action.. The Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner who assessed me was very professional, considerate and helpful. I now feel quite content moving forward.
