What I liked

The way my Aunt was treated with so much care on ward F3. Her extended stay on the ward from Dec to Mar was made bearable by the high standard of professional care from all the staff. From cleaning and catering staff to consultants

What could be improved

Telephone contact with the ward was difficult and inconsistant.

Anything else?

My thanks to all the staff on ward F3 for their good care of my aunt
