All staff from receptionist to caring staff kind. Consultant extremely professional, efficient and caring. They were most re-assuring and instilled a lot of confidence in me. It made me emotional to encounter such a caring Professional, having had to fight non-stop with my GP for a referral. I came away feeling as if I had won the lottery! I will gladly recommend Epsom General to any friends (I have no family) who may need care.
