In 67 years I have never spent one night in hospital until I went to Woodlands as a NHS patient for two total knee replacements. From seeing the receptionist on my first pre-op visit to the first operating day on 1st June 2016 and the second operation on 20th August 2016 Everybody I came into contact with were all very professional and caring. My Consultant Surgeon was also extremely professional and friendly with it. Together with my anaesthetist they answered my worries and fears brilliantly. I did not have a worry at all when I went in for my operations. The hospital was very clean and all the staff seemed to work together very well. I was treated with care and respect at all times. I highly recommend Woodlands to anybody who needs to take advantage of their expertise. It is the best place to have an operation if you need one. Thank you to the consultant and your team for your expertise and care.
