"Useless Pointless Trip"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) / Accident and emergency

I walked into the A&E clinic as advised by my GP: first of all took me a while to find the A&E, very confusing area. Waited in the reception for 3 hours(bear in mind there are only 2 nurses and lots of people waiting). Average waiting time= 3 hours. Went into talk to the nurse and was told straight away that they need to send me down to another department for a check up...And booked an appointment for which I had to wait another 1.5 hours. So came in at 6pm and had to leave at 11pm....I did not wait as at that point I'd have rather stayed with my pain.
