"absolutely terrible in making appointments"

About: Woodland Hospital

phoned 6 times over the last time to get an appointment only to be told that the manager was looking into it and that they would write to me.....never received a letter of an appointment so eventually had to go back to my GP to select another hospital....what a shambles
