"Outstanding care on the children's ward"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

My son was admitted to RLI for surgery. The staff made us feel very welcome and settled my young son in straight away. He wasn't worried or scared thanks to the warmth and enthusiasm of the staff taking care of him. He was well looked after throughout his admission and left with a big smile (and bandage) on his face. The surgery and after care were clearly explained to me and staff were on hand for any questions and reassurance. Thank you very much for your fabulous work.
