What I liked
the childrens area was open , although the nurses were very busy all worked well together . i have had many visits to a&e with and with my children. The care i recevied was fanastic
What could be improved
The childrens area shoild be open every day 24 7. The reception staff appeared rude . advised them that my child had changed his name and address she didnt appear to take any notice. I found this down right disgrace, given the issues of safegauding of children etc
