What could be improved
- communication - i recieved very little or non.
- efficiency - i experienced a very slow service.
- reliability - i was told on two occacions that i would be contacted but i had to chase them up myself both times (after months of not hearing anything). I think they forgot me.
Anything else?
- i would have changed hospital but this would have meant starting from the beginning again.
- I felt silly, at one of my consultations i asked the dr for a date of when i would recieve my treatment and he asked me why i needed to know. I don't think i was asking an unreasonable question.
- i don't feel as though i have recieved a good service and do not plan to use this hospital again in the future.
