I think this Oak Vale Medical Centre is great. The telephone triage system is really good. I really like it, it’s a wonderful system. I remember back in the old days many years ago having to queue up outside a GP surgery first thing to get an appointment. This is a far, far, better way of getting an appointment. My only slight concern is that the practice might not be able to keep it up.
