"Truly excellent service & staff"

I visited the walk in clinic this evening and was very impressed by the care, treatment & counsel that I received. I only only had to wait for about 30mins which was acceptable and projected waiting times were displayed. The Nurse was very empathic, kind & professional, and knew exactly what to say to make me feel less guilty about needing to access the service. The care, tests, advice and support I recieved was excellent on all accounts. This area of healthcare can be difficult for the clients but I was made to feel very comfortable and felt I'd been very well looked after. I certainly left the clinic feeling much better. Well done to everyone responsible for that service& the Nurse was a star . ??????????
