They keep change my appointment time. The first time I booked is 30th Sep, then they send a letter said been changed to 5th Oct, then one week later they send me another letter said it changed again to 7th Oct. I'm so disappointed and not understand why they doing this. We tried to call the personal secretary of our surgeon for hundreds time. No one replied or even answer the phone. We feel been ignored by the surgeon there!
