I returned home from Southmead on 22 nd September 2016 following an operation carried out for the removal of a small tumour on my left kidney. From the initial consultation, the pre op meeting and the Macmillan enhanced recovery meeting right through to my discharge, I cannot fault the staff or the hospital in any way. Quite the reverse. It was fantastic in every way, and made the whole episode so much less challenging. The doctor and the whole of the nursing team were brilliant. I cannot thank them enough
