"What a team! ??"

I had a colonoscopy test, which was performed by a doctor. 2 years ago I had the same test at another Hospital. It was he most dreadful experience I have ever had. The staff were uncaring, unhelpful and rude. The doctor who performed the test was was even worse. As a patient who has to have this test regularly. I promised myself I would never have that test done again at the other hospital. I chose St Helens as I have only ever had good experiences there. I was proved right. The whole team are so friendly, warm and professional. The doctor explained everything that was happening throughout the test which made me feel relaxed and in safe hands. I would just like to thank all the team for taking care of me. I will definitely recommend this department to anybody who needs this test! Well done and thank you!
