What I liked

Everyone was friendly and kept me well informed about what was going on while I was there as an outpatient.

Everyone from the receptionist to the consultatant were kind and friendly and made me feel at ease.

Exceptional service.

What could be improved

I was seen very quickly (even before my appointment time), but there was a little bit of waiting around in between the different stages, but I guess that is to be expected.
