"Excellent treatment"

About: Good Hope Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

I was in the day care unit yesterday for an injection in my hip. The care received was excellent, the nurse that took me through from the waiting room and took all my details was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The care and respect in the theatre was brilliant and all the staff in there made me feel relaxed and at ease. They appear to do a wonderful job whilst enjoying their work. Overall a credit to everyone involved Thankyou

It is so lovely to read that you felt all of the staff involved in your care were kind, professional, respectful, and happy to ensure that you clearly understood at every stage, exactly what was happening and why.

I will be delighted to ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Unit Manager at Day Surgery, as well as the Senior Management Team who can then ensure your comments are shared with all of the Day Surgery Team who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.
