Please pass on my thanks to all at the Primary Care Assessment Unit for a very positive experience. They were friendly, professional, explained all the procedures & involved me in all discussions. There was some waiting involved while the blood sample was sent by taxi to Lancaster for testing, but I was made very comfortable. Please thank the nurse who brought my husband & I tea & sandwiches! Well done WGH & the NHS!
