"Amazing visit to EDU"

I brought my father in law for an emergency but scheduled appt. in EDU. very impressed with staff in all aspects. We parked a million miles away so couldn't find where we needed to go, we were asked by several staff in the corridors if we were OK and offered guidance - something ive ever experienced at other hospitals, usually staff are rushing about going about their own business, yes this hospital was very busy but staff still took the time to go out their way to help. Appts ran on time with full support. My only small critisism would be parking areas don't tell you which depts your near - and we found ourselves parked miles away.

Very good experience - oh and the facilities, food/drinks/shop - I couldn't believe it - very impressed and again friendly staff. More like a day out rather than a chore !!!! Happy customers here
