"Rude reception staff at egu"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Gynaecology

I have never come across such a rude member of staff based a reception at the egu I got there at 10 am 27 th sept 16 the person at reception was unfriendly didn't want to talk, they just handed me a form and said complete that. When I returned the form saying I didn't want to complete the survey they replied nothing took the form the customer care was so poor. I'm writing this review as I wait for my scan that's how angry I am . Is this what the nhs is all about now rudeness
