Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback regarding your visit to Accident and Emergency at Good Hope Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that the staff who dealt with you were kind, helpful and efficient, and ensured that everything was clearly explained to you.

I will highlight your post to the Matron for Accident and Emergency as well as the Clinical Director for Emergency Services who will both be thrilled to read your feedback and ensure it is communicated to all of the Emergency Team who work very hard, often under difficult circumstances to provide a postiive patient experience.

I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you for providing your comments, your feedback is very important to us.
