The service I have received from the Fertility Clinic has been very disappointing. Information provided by nurses was not consistent, as far as I have seen, the Consultant is rarely in clinic and clinics are run by the nurses, waiting times are long, patient opinion is not listened to and I feel anxious every time I have to visit the clinic.
