"Admitted for Catheter Ablation Procedure"

The staff at Glenfield in Ward 32 and Ward 33 were very kind and supportive, especially as I was quite nervous ahead of the procedure. They really helped make the experience as bearable as possible, and of my limited experiences in hospitals, I found Glenfield a place where I felt my best interests were well cared for.

Communication was excellent which makes waiting for the various steps much more bearable, and is actual a simple solution. Big props also to the lunch staff who were also very cheerful!
