What I liked

I was treated for an angiogram in the Cardiology Department. I was very impressed by the well organised welcome on arrival. Each step of the Angiogram was discussed so I knew what was about to happen. The medical staff were very polite and friendly and the atmosphere in the recovery room was peaceful and calming. The operating theatre was clean and the staff were well organised and very friendly. The operation gave me no cause for concern and in fact was quite pleasant and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Cardiology and thank all of the staff there for their kind support and caring natures. You should be proud of your department.

What could be improved

Nothing, the experience was very professional.
