"All the staff were very attentive and supportive"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I knew this procedure was not going to be very pleasant as friends and acquaintances had shared their experiences. It turned out to be very unpleasant indeed but made bearable by the detailed explanations and caring attitudes of the nurses and physician before, during and after.. At no point did I feel in the dark about any of it. All the staff were very attentive and supportive.

Dear McGinty

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments.

I understand why you would be apprehensive about coming for an endoscopy procedure, so it was nice to read that our staff were supportive and kept you well informed throughout and that this made the experience more bearable for you.

I will pass on your post to the staff now. I am sure your lovely feedback will set them up for today.

I hope that you have recovered well, thanks again for your feedback.

Kind regards

Gill Odgen
