"Terrible"

About: Kettering General Hospital / Accident and emergency

My mother was admitted as an emergency to barnwell c ward having fallen. Her X-rays were reported as normal and she was discharged the following day in terrible pain having been told by the charming sister on duty that she would have to get on with it. Her condition deteriorated to such extent that she was unable to move. Admitted to Leicester Royal where they found 4 pelvic fractures. They are kindness themselves and are looking after her well. Thanks for nothing Kettering general.
