"never again"

I have been there in a total of 3 times, and the last time I went with my son and my two other children, I waited 3 hours an a bit...

there were soooo many ppl there, it was too much!

I rather go to the Urgent care centre at the GWH and pay for parking, then to go there ever again. The service it's terrible, the nurses have a mood problem most of the times I've been there, it's too crowed, and my son, who was just a little baby, was upset and I had to get up and stand near the door for air, while my other two didn't know what to do with themselves! It's not a good place for small babies, or a lone parent with three small children. appalling!
