"Recieved excellent service prompty."

Contacted physio on a sunday through self referral portal. Contacted within 48 hours as promised. Seen 2days later due to a cancellation. My symptoms have been investigated and a program is in place that appears to be working well. Though it is early days I am very happy that the care I am recieiving is appropriate.
