"Excellent service throughout"

I took my daughter to UCC on the 23rd September at 17-15 and was very impressed with every aspect of her care. The reception staff were courteous and helpful, the triage nurse saw us quickly and informed us how long we would have to wait to see the specialist nurse.

The Specialist nurse reviewed my daughter quickly and sent us for an X-ray. This nurse was very thorough and very friendly, putting my daughter at ease. Our X-ray was taken straight away by a very friendly radiographer and we were then reviewed by the specialist nurse again within 10 minutes. My daughter had broken her wrist, we were then seen by another nurse who plastered my daughters arm. We were given an appointment for follow up within the time suggested by the helpful reception staff. I could not fault any aspect of my daughters care. A great service, thank you very much.
