"Needs to go"

This Practice has gone downhill, and continues to do so at an alarming and concerning rate. No one is interested or has any form of motivation, enthusiasm, empathy or desire to be here. The receptionists are downright rude and make you feel like you are a nuisance to even have the audacity to seek a gp appointment, and thats only if you can persuade them to give you one "next week" (if you are extremely lucky) Its time to close guys, you are not offering a credible service anymore, nor have you for a long time, and the patients that you have left, however annoying they may be to you, do deserve decent medical care,and a certain amount of respect.
