About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

I had a course of CBT which was so helpful in enabling me to overcome my anxiety and depression which I had suffered with for many years. There was a follow-up mindfulness course which helps to avoid a relapse but unfortunately this was cancelled with the reason given that there was a problem with the room.

Thank you for you posting. I have spoken to the service Lead and you are correct there was an issue with the room bookings which we are aware of and very sorry that this caused the cancellation of the session. I believe that there was an issue with the air conditioning in one room and the alternative was not suitable for the type of session being run.

I understand that attendees were offered alternative sessions

Once again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused

We will work to ensure that sessions are not cancelled in the future due to room bookings
