"compassion"

About: Peterborough City Hospital

A bit late but I would like to say thank you to the staff at Peterborough city hospital

I had to call an ambulance for my mum on the 18 May a paramedic and ambulance arrived in 5 minutes.

When we got to the hospital, the A.E unit were also very good caring and considerate.

My mum was then put in the medical assessment unit before going to ward 13 B were they took care of my mum the care through out was good we were kept informed and consulted every step.

My two sisters and myself stayed with my mum from the Monday to the Wednesday evening, on the 15 June around 3.55am my mum sadly past away with the three of use holding her hands and talking to her. The compassion showed by the nurse that night was exceptional that sort of care cannot be learnt it is there within.

Therefore, I would like to say a very big thank you to the team and especially the nurse on duty that night.
